Follow all JSC rules and procedures Enforce company Safety rules and procedures throughout the department and follow set example Create 5s activities and enforce them throughout the department Ensure all D/T calls are responded to efficiently, counter measured and supported as needed Assist technicians with root cause analysis for D/T Identify critical spare parts and order them as needed Ensure PM system is on schedule and effective Perform Root cause analysis on top downtime items and implement countermeasures Monitor lines to ensure countermeasures are effective Perform PM tasks as scheduled.
