Returns Inspector:

Daily processing of returned medical devices at the Quincy Distribution Center Determine appropriate disposition of products per inspection plans/local procedures Serve as subject matter expert of the returns and complaints area Responsible for training new employees to the Returns/Complaints process. Ability to troubleshoot/escalate any issues identified during returns processing Ability to communicate with multifunctional groups internally and externally Investigate/disposition non-standard returned medical devices Interface with representatives to drive resolution on biohazard return issues Executes the disposition of material through approved nonconforming reports, completion of scrap forms, or coordinating the return of material to the manufacturing plants Perform SAP, WM, and GCMS-TW transactions related to returns, complaints, and incoming inspection activities Perform inspection activities on products, in such categories as sterility inspection, incoming inspection, in-process inspection, returns inspection, and complaints processing inspection Complete data forms with the results of inspection activities, including non-conforming material reports, when required Interface with site representatives for non-conforming issues Apply now to our Returns Inspector position in Quincy, MA -
