Seeking experienced marine construction professional with three or more years of residential marine and coastal construction experience. Must hold or qualify to obtain Maryland Marine Contractor's License, minimum threshold for which is 2 years of full-time marine construction experience in the state of Maryland. Must have expert carpentry skills and knowledge of industry best practices regarding the construction of piers, bulkheads, seawalls, boat lifts, pile driving & riprap installation. Understanding of construction project management principles and best practices. Must possess the ability to manage and complete projects on time and on budget; managing human labor cost, machine time cost, material cost. Competitive hourly base pay, plus periodic project completion based performance incentives and bonuses available. Excavator operation and pile driving experience preferred, but may be willing to train the right person. Tug and barge maneuvering experience or USCG Captain's license, OUPV or any tonnage, preferred, but may be willing to train the right person. Expert marine carpentry skills are required. Minimum 3 years of fulltime marine carpentry experience required.
