2989949881-2 Apply for this job now Job Description MV Transportation is seeking a Pathway Review Lead to oversee accessibility pathway assessments that ensure safe, reliable passenger pick-up and drop-off locations. This role coordinates reviews of sidewalks, ramps, curb cuts, and signage for paratransit and fixed-route operations, partners with safety, operations, and maintenance teams, and documents findings in mapping and routing tools. The Pathway Review Lead analyzes data, recommends improvements, trains field staff on standards, and supports compliance with ADA and local regulations while promoting MV's culture of safety, respect, and customer service. Responsibilities Lead and schedule accessibility pathway reviews for passenger pick-up and drop-off locations. Conduct on-site assessments of sidewalks, ramps, curb cuts, lighting, and signage for safety and ADA compliance. Document findings using mapping, routing, and reporting tools to support operations and planning. Collaborate with safety, operations, and maintenance teams to recommend and prioritize improvements. Monitor performance metrics and trends to identify recurring access or safety issues. Train and guide field staff on pathway review standards, documentation, and inspection best practices. Ensure adherence to ADA, local regulations, and MV Transportation safety policies. Prepare clear reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and client agencies.
