Job Description:
As a Flagger/Traffic Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring safety at our work zones. This dynamic, hands-on position is perfect for those who thrive outdoors and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct traffic safely around construction sites using stop/slow paddles and hand signals
  • Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barricades
  • Drive Truck-Mounted Attenuators (TMAs) to protect work zones
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient work zones
  • Communicate effectively with construction crews and supervisors
  • Load, unload, and deliver traffic control equipment to job sites
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Work in various weather conditions and schedules, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Reliable transportation to job sites required
  • One year of traffic control or related experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug screenings (THC marijuana testing not included)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Flagger certification a plus (we provide paid ATSSA certification if needed)
