Clarificion from the agency Applicants eligible and willing to join the Florida Military Nional Guard Duties Help As a Theer Aerospace Operions Command and Control Specialist, GS-2101-09/11, you will administer refresher and advanced training to ANG military AOC weapons systems positional specialists. Instructs and evalues AOC assigned technician personnel in advanced aerospace operions applicions using current AOC weapons systems of record. Instructs and evalues enlisted AOC specialties to become instructors. Instructs same to function within established joint doctrinal principles to support the planning and prosecution of theer level joint operions. Monitors progress during training and advises when AOC personnel are ready for positional certificion. Interviews assigned enlisted AOC personnel to determine operional background in their respective weapons systems/specialties. Prescribes type, sequence, and extent of required training. Performs as instructor and/or examiner, evaluing and examining AOC personnel to determine preparion for the applicion of aerospace force/operions, proficiency during actual operions, instructional ability, technical competence, and post operions critique. Determines progress and proficiency levels, provides requalificion evaluions, and directs/provides specialized remedial or additional training as necessary. MULTIPLE LEVEL RECRUITMENT

This position is being advertised using multiple level recruitment to allow for considerion of applicants with the basic skills necessary to develop to the full journeyman level of the position. If a less than fully qualified applicant is selected, the incumbent may be trained and developed until proficiency is gained to full journeyman level. If less than fully qualified individual is selected for this position, the position has potential to Grade_11_.

STATEMENT OF DIFFERENCE

The purpose of this position is to provide on-the-job experience for the purpose of qualifying for the target grade level described in the position description. Work assignments are selected to provide training and experience in this occupion. The incumbent is required to obtain increased knowledge and skill in the duties of the position the target grade level. Promotion to the full journeyman level position is not automic with the completion of the time in grade requirements, but rher it is contingent upon the assignments and performance of full journeyman level duties on a regular and recurring basis.
