12+ Months Role Overview You'll be working in Clients Mission Control center, which is essentially the operations hub for its autonomous vehicle fleet. Think of it like air traffic control for robotaxis. You'll monitor vehicles and service operations in real time to make sure trips are running safely and smoothly. You'll work primarily from a computer, monitoring the fleet, completing pre-shift checks, troubleshooting basic vehicle issues, and responding when something unexpected happens. Day-to-day, you'll coordinate with teams across Client to resolve issues and keep operations moving. This could include creating and escalating tickets, dispatching Fleet Response crews when a vehicle needs assistance, monitoring road conditions or events that may impact service, and placing temporary restrictions on certain areas when needed. The role is fast-paced and requires strong communication, attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to stay calm and resourceful when problems come up. Candidate Profile & Disqualifiers Target Profile Operations, dispatch, or command center experience Fleet, logistics, transportation, or autonomous vehicle experience Customer support or service operations in a fast-paced environment Emergency response, security, or incident management experience Experience monitoring multiple systems and responding to real-time issues Experience coordinating teams, dispatching resources, or escalating incidents Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
