• $18 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Wellness program Paid holidays Dependent care reimbursement Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Interpersonal skills Merchandising Maintenance Groundskeeping Driver's License Full Job Description Qualifications This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid drivers license in your state of residence A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to complete assigned tasks Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently Positive attitude and can-do mentality Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record Responsibilities Responsibilities As a porter you will be responsible for taking care of vehicles in the service area and for ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers This individual also assists with maintaining merchandise materials current on vehicles Operate automated car wash to remove surface dirt on vehicles Vacuum all interior surfaces, spot-clean textile stains, and clean solid surfaces Clean exterior surfaces using cleaners, mechanical buffers and polishing compounds Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities Make sure there is gas in the cars Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintain all vehicles Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicle interiors being serviced Apply chemical protecting coating to front of vehicles and windshields Perform other duties as assigned Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions Maintain new•and used•vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles Keep new•and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standard Maintains and cleans building and ground will be required Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Make key tags for vehicles Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Compensation Starting at: $17.
