Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Dates are November 16th to January 3rd

EVENING ONLY 4PM
•9:30PM $19.50 /hr Family friendly event, MUST commit to all shifts that you are scheduled Must be able to clear background check and drug screen Duties Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing information about parking procedures and services. Manage the flow of vehicles in the parking area, directing drivers to available spaces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure a welcoming environment. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency. Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. Join our team as a Parking Attendant where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities!
