In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing vehicles, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a professional atmosphere that emphasizes exceptional customer service and efficient lot management. Duties Safely move and park all dealership vehicles, including standard passenger cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles, ensuring proper placement on the lot. Conduct outdoor inspections of the lot to ensure vehicles are secure, properly parked, and free of damage. Bending, twisting and /or stooping on a regular basis. Lifting on a regular basis. Reaching and/or lifting overhead on a regular basis. Grasping/grabbing with hands on a regular basis. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot area, including sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring clear pathways for safety. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and address customer inquiries promptly. Requirements Previous experience in guest services is highly desirable. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; ability to drive manual transmission preferred. Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout shifts. Bilingual abilities are considered an asset to better serve diverse customer needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
