In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding guests to available parking spots, managing parking lot activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Direct vehicles to designated parking areas using standard passenger car operation skills Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety and proper vehicle flow Assist guests with parking procedures, including valet services when applicable Handle cash register operations and process cash transactions accurately Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of parking cones or signage Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot environment Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve conflicts or address concerns Perform outdoor work duties in various weather conditions while ensuring safety protocols are followed
