Bob's Johns is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Shop Helper / Route & Delivery Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is willing to work hard, take initiative, and help wherever needed. One day you may be cleaning and organizing around the shop, and another day you may be making deliveries, servicing portable restrooms, or helping cover a route. If you have a good head on your shoulders, can work independently, and take pride in doing a job right, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Pay review and opportunity for growth after 90 days, based on performance and dependability

• 5 days per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Overtime available depending on routes, events, workload, and seasonal needs Responsibilities
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare portable restrooms
• Deliver and pick up portable restrooms at customer locations and special events
• Service and clean portable restrooms in the field
• Fill in and take on service routes when necessary
• Set up units at customer locations
• Keep the shop, yard, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general shop duties and basic equipment maintenance
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Load and unload units and equipment
• Help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and use good judgment
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Takes pride in their work
