Aloha Junk Man is a Drug Free Workplace. Job Summary We're hiring reliable, motivated team players to join our growing crew as Junk Removal Technicians. This is a hands-on, physically active role where your effort directly impacts your pay, growth, and job security. You'll work in a two-person crew removing furniture, appliances, construction debris, and bulk items from homes, businesses, and job sites — while delivering friendly, professional service to customers.

Daily Work Includes:

Loading and transporting furniture, appliances, and debris using trucks, lift gates, and equipment Bulky item pickups, unit clean-outs, estate and foreclosure cleanouts Illegal dumping cleanup and dumpster overflow management (with photo documentation) Same-day and emergency response jobs when scheduled

Professional Standards:

Maintain a clean, professional appearance Provide courteous, respectful customer service Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Assist with estimates and site assessments as trained Requirements Valid Hawaii driver's license Clean driving record 21+ required Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items (75lbs +) with a team Previous experience in moving, construction, or labor-intensive work preferred Strong work ethic and reliability - we depend on each team member Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills Ability to work in various weather conditions Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (Drug-Free Workplace) Comfortable working in potentially challenging environments (hoarding situations, etc.) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with performance-based bonuses — your effort directly impacts your earnings Stable, year-round work with consistent hours Health benefits package available Equipment and safety gear provided Growth opportunities within expanding company Work with one of Oahu's most professional junk removal team Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays (overtime opportunities available) Physical Demands This position requires significant physical activity including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials of various weights and sizes.
