Job Description

Make $15/hour ($20-$22/hour including tips) •tips are not guaranteed Are you always on the move? Were looking for people who like to go go go! As a guest transportation attendant, youll greet many guests, including our high-level players. Enjoy full-time employment minus the cubicle. What you'll be responsible for: Greeting and interacting with guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner while providing exemplary customer service.

Delivering guest vehicles to the Guest Transportation lot and returns them upon request in a prompt efficient manner. Inspect vehicles and mark the check off list on the back of the Guest Transportation tickets to observe and record prior damage before issuing the claim check to the guest.

Responsible for overseeing proper placement of vehicle keys, monitoring radio traffic requests, and keeping parking lot and valet section free from clutter and debris.

Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely and cautiously, follow directions and have excellent customer service skills. Must have a valid drivers license and must obtain a Class D-chauffeurs license within 14 days of employment. Must have a safe driving record and must be able to meet company insurance requirements. Outdoor environment. Exposed to extreme weather conditions as well as exhaust fumes. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours. Lifting up to 60 lbs required. Must be able to constantly run at 3mph pace for an extended period of time not to an exceed one hour with a two minute period between runs. The candidate will be required to stand for extended periods of time. Must have the physical capacities to operate a shuttle vehicle as determined by the State of Iowa.
