LARGE AMOUNT OF HEAVY LIFTING!

Candidate must be in good physical condition.

Responsibilities:

Set up meeting rooms and private function areas with the appropriate equipment and materials, including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, glasses, water, pens, writing tablets and any other items requested Assemble and arrange banquet equipment by applying common sense understanding to carry out both written and verbal detailed event requirements Respond promptly and courteously to all customer requests and involve a manager when necessary Disassemble meeting rooms and other events at appropriate break down times Inspect banquet equipment for defects, cleanliness and any other maintenance needed and report to the manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to push, pull, and lift a variety of event equipment including banquet tables, large carts, risers, and chairs weighing up to 100 pounds Must be able to work in both inside and outside environments Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized individuals with time management skills Strong sense of teamwork Attention to details Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Open availability including weekends, holidays and late nights Food Handler Certification or Food Sanitation License for the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain)

Hourly Rate:

$15.00 + commission
