About Us Ogden Lincoln of Westmont is a premier luxury automotive dealership dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Lot Manager to lead our porter team and help maintain the appearance and daily operations of our dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping a dealership operating at its best. Responsibilities Lead, train, and schedule the porter team. Ensure all new and used vehicles are clean, fueled, and front-line ready. Coordinate vehicle movement throughout the dealership, service drive, and storage lots. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, service drive, customer waiting areas, and exterior grounds. Perform regular lot walks to ensure vehicles are properly parked, locked, and displayed. Monitor inventory placement and assist management with locating and organizing vehicles. Oversee snow removal, ice control, and general lot safety during inclement weather. Ensure dealership vehicles receive timely washes and detailing as needed. Assist with dealer trades, vehicle deliveries, and transportation between locations. Perform routine building maintenance tasks and report repair needs. Maintain supplies for the porter department and communicate inventory needs. Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management to ensure daily operational needs are met. Lead by example while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership porter experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
