Outside Operations Attendant Brookmeadow Country Club - Canton, MA Job Summary Brookmeadow Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Outside Operations Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a great first and last impression for every golfer by ensuring golf carts, driving range, and clubhouse staging areas are clean, organized, and ready for play. This is an active, outdoor position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and being part of a fast-paced golf environment. Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play. Wash, charge, and store carts at the end of each shift. Maintain the driving range by picking, washing, and stocking golf balls. Keep the driving range clean, organized, and fully stocked. Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to management. Assist with outings, tournaments, and special events. Perform other golf operations duties as assigned. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Available to work weekday afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous golf course or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
