This is an open door to endless possibilities! Seeking a customer service focused individual, who is an energetic and friendly people person to join our team as a Valet! You will be assisting our Service Staff in locating and delivering vehicles to the service drive for customers who are awaiting their vehicles. Primarily a valet attendant and sometimes shuttle driver. This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity for growth! Tasks and Responsibilities Promptly greet our guests, providing a calming and positive atmosphere Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services, or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on level of expertise. Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Take initiative and resolve in escalations or complaints. Maintain a positive representation of Lexus of Watertown and the Lexus brand at all times. Ability to listen, learn, and take direction from leadership. Ability to build relationships. Maintain a clean and pleasant environment. Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information. Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises. Requirements Must have great attention to detail. Friendly and customer service focused. Must be a team player. Previous customer service and hospitality experience is a plus. Must have strong communications skills. Must be organized. Must be personable and comfortable interacting with our guests daily. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Follow health and safety guidelines.
