Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless customer experience Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, within dealership premises and designated parking areas Move, park, and retrieve vehicles efficiently in outdoor settings, maintaining organization and safety standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires or equipment as needed to support service operations Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, utilizing retail math and cash handling skills Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership's outdoor areas, including parking lots and service driveways Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address any questions or concerns Experience Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently and safely Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions, including heavy lifting tasks Familiarity with parking procedures at or similar outdoor settings is advantageous Demonstrated reliability in cash handling, cashiering, or retail math transactions This Service Porter role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to kickstart their career in automotive customer service.
