This role is integral to maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory and ensuring a clean, professional environment for both customers and staff. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot and service areas. Move vehicles around the lot as needed to accommodate sales and inventory needs. Assist with vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns to management. Ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery and showroom display. Support other dealership functions as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot maintenance preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team. Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
