As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Transport vehicles between service bays, customer parking areas, and other locations on the lot safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the service lot, parking areas, and service department. Assist technicians by delivering tools, parts, and materials as needed. Wash and vacuum vehicles to ensure they meet Briarwood Ford's standards before returning them to customers. Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and team members. Adhere to all safety guidelines and dealership policies. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks including lifting and walking for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
