Job Description

Honda Service Porter / Service Lot Attendant Greet and assist customers when they arrive for service. Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and delivery areas. Park vehicles safely and retrieve them when service is completed. Keep the service drive, customer parking areas, and lot clean and organized. Help technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles as needed. Check vehicles for obvious damage and report any concerns to the appropriate employee. Deliver vehicles to customers after service and explain where their vehicle is parked. Assist with washing, vacuuming, or basic cleaning of customer vehicles when required. Maintain vehicle keys and ensure they are handled and stored properly. Follow dealership safety procedures and drive vehicles carefully. Assist with other general service-department tasks as assigned. Typical qualifications Valid driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles, depending on the dealership. Good customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift or move items. Automotive experience is helpful but usually not required . Professional appearance and a willingness to learn.
