Duties Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including standard passenger cars and light trucks, with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage or directions as needed, and ensuring a positive experience. Operate vehicles using manual transmissions when required, demonstrating confident driving skills in various outdoor conditions. Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees and issue receipts while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving luggage or equipment, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including outdoor work environments exposed to weather elements. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns promptly. Skills Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions confidently. Knowledge of dealership or automotive service operations is a plus, along with familiarity with valet parking procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and retail math skills. Experience in outdoor work settings, demonstrating adaptability to various weather conditions. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
