Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and reliable Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Your role is essential in creating a positive experience for our guests while ensuring the safe handling of all vehicles. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and safely. Retrieve vehicles efficiently upon guest request, ensuring quick turnaround times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering assistance as needed. Operate standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, with care and precision. Handle cash transactions accurately when processing valet fees or tips, maintaining proper cashiering procedures. Assist with heavy lifting when moving or parking larger vehicles or equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or valet parking is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with dealership or automotive service is a plus. Ability to operate standard passenger cars, including manual transmissions, confidently and safely. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Basic cash handling skills along with retail math knowledge for processing transactions accurately. A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
