Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management- Park, move, and organize vehicles on the lot in a safe and orderly manner.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out for sales, service, or auction workflows.
- Tag, label, and document vehicle locations as required. Lot Maintenance
- Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the lot, including trash pickup, snow removal support, and keeping walkways clear.
- Ensure vehicle displays, signage, and customer areas are neat and presentable. Customer & Team Support
- Greet customers when appropriate and direct them to the correct department or team member.
- Support sales and service teams with vehicle staging, test drive preparation, and transport as needed. Vehicle Preparation
- Conduct basic inspections for cleanliness, tire condition, and fuel levels.
- Assist with washing, vacuuming, and prepping vehicles for delivery or display. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety protocols and traffic guidelines.
- Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions (or willingness to learn, depending on organization needs).
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
