This role ensures vehicles are properly staged, inspected, and ready for customers or internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management
  • Park, move, and organize vehicles on the lot in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out for sales, service, or auction workflows.
  • Tag, label, and document vehicle locations as required. Lot Maintenance
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the lot, including trash pickup, snow removal support, and keeping walkways clear.
  • Ensure vehicle displays, signage, and customer areas are neat and presentable. Customer & Team Support
  • Greet customers when appropriate and direct them to the correct department or team member.
  • Support sales and service teams with vehicle staging, test drive preparation, and transport as needed. Vehicle Preparation
  • Conduct basic inspections for cleanliness, tire condition, and fuel levels.
  • Assist with washing, vacuuming, and prepping vehicles for delivery or display. Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company safety protocols and traffic guidelines.
  • Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions (or willingness to learn, depending on organization needs).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
