Position Summary Associa is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Valet Associate to support operations at one of our premier residential communities in Columbus, Ohio. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing exceptional valet services while also supporting concierge and front desk operations as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and is committed to delivering a superior resident experience. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesValet Services Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles. Inspect vehicles for existing damage and document findings as necessary. Coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures efficiently. Maintain accurate records related to valet operations. Follow all safety procedures and company policies regarding vehicle operation. Concierge & Resident Services Support Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. Assist with front desk and concierge responsibilities when needed. Welcome guests and support visitor access procedures. Respond to resident inquiries and direct requests to appropriate personnel. Monitor lobby and common areas to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with community events and operational support activities as assigned. Communicate resident concerns or service requests to management as appropriate. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in hospitality, valet, concierge, customer service, hotel, or residential services preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicle types. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
