You'll:

Greet and assist customers with a smile Educate guests on car wash services, packages, and memberships Promote membership sign-ups and explain the benefits of being a member Help customers use our mobile app Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns Keep the customer area clean and organized Work closely with teammates during busy hours What You Bring to the Team Hospitality-focus and passion about great customer service Great communication skills Energetic, reliable, and a true team player Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends) Reliable transportation What the Role Involves Physically Ability to stand and move for extended periods Able to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs.) Willing to kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed Able to safely enter and move around a service pit (about 4 feet below ground) for cleaning and maintenance tasks

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
