A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others and keeping operations running smoothly — this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do
Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
Monitor labor hours and stay within budget
Handle customer concerns professionally
Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager
Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)
Identify employees ready for advancement
Improve processes to increase efficiency
Take ownership of results and client satisfaction What We're Looking For
Reliable transportation + clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem-solve
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Stable work history
Experience managing labor hours and inventory
Bilingual is a plus What We Offer
