A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others and keeping operations running smoothly — this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do
- Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
- Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
- Monitor labor hours and stay within budget
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager
- Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)
- Identify employees ready for advancement
- Improve processes to increase efficiency
- Take ownership of results and client satisfaction What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation + clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Stable work history
- Experience managing labor hours and inventory
