Donation Attendant - Floater Goodwill Columbus - 3.7 Reynoldsburg, OH Job Details Full-time $11 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Donation Attendant Join Goodwill Columbus and Turn Donations Into Opportunities As a Donation Attendant, you'll be the first friendly face donors meet when supporting Goodwill's mission. You'll help accept donations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure items are processed efficiently so they can support job training and employment services throughout our community. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and helping people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet and assist donors with a positive, customer-focused attitude Help unload donations from vehicles and provide donation receipts Sort donated items into designated categories for processing Assist with loading and unloading donations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation site Track donor activity and maintain accurate daily records Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Support team operations and complete other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing priorities Qualifications No high school diploma or GED required No prior experience required Retail, warehouse, customer service, or donation center experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and grasping Frequent use of hands and wrists for sorting and handling donations Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year Regular and dependable attendance required Why Work at Goodwill Columbus?
