This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in supporting our sales and service teams. This is a Full-Time position, with Part-Time opportunities available as well. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Paid training Growth opportunities 401k, Health, Dental, and Vision (only available to Full-Time employees) Paid time off and vacation (only available to Full-Time employees) Employee discounts vehicles, parts, and service Responsibilities Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of new and used vehicle inventory Receive incoming vehicles, verify identifying information, and inspect for damage or other concerns Park, move, and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership according to management direction and display standards Provide excellent customer service during every interaction. Demonstrate great communication skills by greeting customers and assisting with guest check-in/vehicle walk around. Responsible for transporting vehicles into service bays during day-to-day operation. Will be responsible for conducting the active delivery of vehicles when repairs are complete, which includes picking up vehicle from lot and transporting it to the front door; like a valet service Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearance Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screening Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
