Position Overview We are hiring Independent Contractor Drivers for a fast-growing golf cart taxi service providing short-distance passenger transportation between designated pickup and drop-off locations. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting riders, providing professional customer service, and maximizing trip efficiency and revenue during scheduled shifts. This is contract-based work , and shift assignments are performance-based . Drivers who are punctual, reliable, safe, and revenue-focused will be prioritized for continued and additional shifts.

Compensation Commission-Based Pay:

50% of all trip profits Paid Weekly Earnings vary based on trips completed and performance during shifts Typical shift length: 8 hours Shift Requirements Must work a minimum of 1 shift per week Additional shifts may be awarded based on: On-time arrival and reliability Customer service quality Revenue performance per shift Safe driving record while on duty Requirements Applicants must meet ALL of the following: Must be 19 years or older Valid driver's license Clean or acceptable driving history Must have a smartphone (required for dispatch and communication) Must pass a background check (paid for by applicant) Agree to submit to a drug test if there is reasonable suspicion Ability to safely operate a golf cart in a public/customer-facing environment Professional attitude and strong communication skills Job Responsibilities Transport passengers safely between assigned locations Follow all company routes, rules, and dispatch instructions Maintain a clean and professional vehicle presence Provide respectful and customer-friendly service Maximize efficiency and trip completion during shifts Handle cash or digital rider payments as required Important Notes This is independent contractor work , not employee employment No guaranteed hours—shift availability depends on performance and demand Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses Continued shift access is performance-based

$300.00 - $2,000.00 per week
