Responsibilities Safely operate a standard passenger car to transport passengers or deliver goods within designated areas. Use GPS navigation systems to efficiently plan routes, avoid delays, and reach destinations promptly. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain adherence to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip. Navigate city streets confidently, including night driving and complex urban environments, ensuring passenger safety at all times. Utilize mobile devices for trip management, communication with dispatchers, and tracking deliveries or pickups. Assist passengers with special needs or mobility challenges while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. Skills Proficiency in GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments. Experience operating standard passenger cars and limousine vehicles with a focus on safety and comfort. Familiarity with ride-sharing services or delivery methods as an effective means of transportation. Strong driving skills with a solid understanding of traffic regulations and safe driving practices. Excellent customer service abilities to create positive experiences for passengers or clients. Ability to navigate city streets confidently during day or night hours, including complex urban layouts. Knowledge of mobile devices for communication, navigation, and trip documentation purposes. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple trips efficiently while maintaining punctuality.
