Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a chauffeur license, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The Shuttle Driver plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences for all passengers. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified destinations. Follow scheduled routes and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage as needed. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the shuttle vehicle, conducting regular inspections. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during shifts. Communicate effectively with dispatch or management regarding route updates or vehicle issues. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and licensing requirements, including possessing a valid chauffeur license. Requirements Valid chauffeur license required for operating shuttle vehicles. Proven experience driving passenger vehicles or shuttle services is preferred. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. Ability to operate vehicles in various weather conditions safely. Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. Punctuality, reliability, and a responsible attitude toward safety and service standards.
