We are looking for a Non‑CDL driver with a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a professional, customer‑focused mindset. Responsibilities Safely operate a Ford Transit van for school‑adjacent routes, small charters, airport runs, and recovery operations Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior Provide friendly, reliable service to students, families, and charter clients Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients Follow all company safety standards Requirements Valid driver's license Clean MVR and background Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Comfortable working with students and families Ability to lift luggage when needed Professional appearance and communication Customer service or driving experience preferred Compensation & Structure $19-$24/hr 1099 contractor role — drivers keep their full hourly pay with no deductions for benefits Flexible scheduling (weekdays, weekends, evenings) Branded uniform tops provided — sporty, breathable, and professional Opportunities for additional charter hours If you're a responsible, friendly driver looking for flexible work with a premium transportation company, we'd love to hear from you.
