Part-time Position Overview Founded in 1746, Linden Hall School for Girls is a private girls' boarding and day school in Lancaster County, PA, that is fully dedicated to our mission of preparing young women to learn "not just for school, but for life." Located in the historic town of Lititz, with a diverse student body of girls in grades 6-12 from 28 different countries and 15 states. Linden Hall is currently seeking a responsible and dependable part-time Driver to join our small team of drivers. An ideal candidate for this position will be a quick communicator, live near Linden Hall School for Girls, and have flexibility in their schedule to drive at various times throughout the day. Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience preferred, (e.g. delivery driver, chauffeur or similar role)
• Comfortability driving up to a 9-passenger van
• Strong time-management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility with working hours Essential Duties
• Safely transport students to and from designated locations
• Must be able to communicate well with parents and students
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Assist passengers with boarding and unloading when necessary
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the appropriate department
• Keep accurate logs and records as required by company and legal standards
• Transportation trips are determined based on the needs and appointments of our students Additional Duties

• This part-time position does not offer full-time benefits such as medical, dental, or retirement.
