Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Airport/Parking Shuttle Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between airport terminals, parking facilities, and other designated locations. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including passenger vans, buses, or limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage, directions, and general inquiries Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of shuttle vehicles to ensure optimal operation and appearance Follow GPS navigation routes accurately to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs across local driving routes Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns or delays Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and report maintenance needs promptly Ensure compliance with all state transportation regulations and company policies during daily operations Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, or in a similar passenger transportation role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or chauffeur license preferred Experience operating passenger vehicles such as vans, buses, or limousines; familiarity with passenger van operation is a plus Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and local driving routes for efficient route planning Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting luggage or cargo safely Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Prior experience in medical transportation, paratransit, or school bus driving is advantageous Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies Capable of heavy lifting when necessary and maintaining alertness during long shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Join our team as an Airport/Parking Shuttle Driver and become an essential part of delivering seamless transportation experiences!
