Budtender

Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise and passion for cannabis will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience. Looking for a closer so you must be ok working until 10:30pm for majority of shifts. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding cannabis products. Provide detailed information about various strains, products, and consumption methods. Assist customers with product selection and recommendations based on their individual requirements. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items or promotions. Supervise the sales floor to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Must be willing to work closing shifts Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store. Experience Previous experience in the cannabis industry or retail sales. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative. A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
