Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Budtender to join the Rimeline team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order support, and creating a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Store and product area cleanliness is critical as is compliance with all State laws and guidelines. Current cannabis license is a benefit, will help secure license for right candidate. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection through personalized recommendations and support Process walk-in sales as well as online orders for pick up. Maintain inventory controls Maintain product listings and help ensure accurate inventory and stock availability on the website Support merchandising initiatives by helping organize promotions, featured products, and seasonal campaigns Demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism when handling customer interactions Assist with inventory tracking, order fulfillment coordination, and operational support as needed Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and overall store performance Maintain a secure environment by adhering to all guidelines and procedures. Skills Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to explain product differences and help guide customers during their purchase when needed. Strong attention to maintain compliance and product safety. Basic math and computer skills for order processing and inventory management Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
