Duties Perform thorough cleaning of campground facilities including restrooms, picnic areas, fire pits (ash cleanup), and common spaces early each morning to ensure they are spotless for guests. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Handle janitorial responsibilities including waste removal, and disinfecting surfaces to promote a safe environment. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and techniques to efficiently clean large areas and hard-to-reach spots. Follow established cleaning protocols aligned with hospitality and custodial standards to deliver consistent quality. Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed to support overall campground upkeep. Maintain detailed logs of completed cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience/Requirments Must be willing to complete First Aid and CPR training if required Must follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Must be reliable and able to consistently work early morning hours Must have a personal vehicle for transportation to the job site and store cleaning supplies in vechicle Must have a working smart phone for communication Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to walk across campground terrain Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and debris Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments provides valuable insight into guest service standards. Industrial cleaning or large-scale custodial experience demonstrates ability to handle demanding tasks efficiently. Previous management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently during early morning hours are essential qualities for success in this role.
