Pay:

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people feel comfortable and informed. This role is much more than just selling cannabis, we want someone who can create an exceptional experience, build relationships with customers, and represent our brand positively every day. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods
• Help customers choose products based on their needs and experience level
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Accurately process transactions and follow all compliance procedures
• Verify IDs and ensure all NY cannabis regulations are followed
• Work collaboratively with team members and management
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required
• Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Retail, hospitality, bartending, or cannabis experience is a plus
• Willingness to continuously learn about cannabis products and education Team player with a positive attitude Preferred Qualities Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people Passion for creating memorable customer experiences Knowledge of cannabis products, terpenes, strains, and consumption methods Sales experience without being pushy Schedule Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
