Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their cannabis product selections. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and their effects will help create a welcoming environment for both new and experienced users. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced. Educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and product benefits to enhance their experience. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and promote sales. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Uphold compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in a grocery store or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with retail math and inventory management practices is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience supervising or training staff is advantageous but not required. A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
