Budtender - with previous dispensary experience

We are hiring Budtenders for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) & 3rd shift (11pm-7am) full time. •Must have previous dispensary/budtending experience•Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Budtender with previous dispensary experience to join our vibrant team. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and responsible usage through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to maximize satisfaction and sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product visibility and appeal Conduct regular inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and support merchandising initiatives Provide bilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store hours, and promotions Experience Previous dispensary experience is required, with a solid understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers clearly and confidently Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards Familiarity with merchandising techniques, stocking procedures, and inventory management practices Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve a diverse clientele Prior experience in retail sales environments such as grocery stores or specialty shops is beneficial Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where education meets exceptional service!
