Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation practices. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings smoothly and provide excellent guest relations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in restaurant or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an approachable, positive attitude. Ability to multitask effectively using time management skills in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with food industry tools like serving trays, utensils, and basic math for cash handling. Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
