Building Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, and fixture replacement. Conduct regular inspections of building systems and report maintenance issues. Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties (restrooms, common areas, offices, floors, and trash removal) Perform light maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory for cleaning and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety policies and building standards. Assist with seasonal or special projects.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, janitorial work, or general labor preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Valid drivers license preferred. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
