12+ years of experience in legacy system analysis, modernization initiatives, and SDLC for web-based applications Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, documentation, and translating legacy applications into modern system requirements Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience converting legacy applications to modern web-based solutions using .NET and SQL technologies Experience in government or regulated environments with PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or related certifications preferred
