Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Lincoln, RI.

Responsibilities:

• Perform strategic analytics to support business decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to drive outcomes
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements
• Communicate findings and insights to leadership clearly
• Contribute to data-driven strategy and planning

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong analytical mindset with big-picture thinking
• Proven experience in analytics and data-driven roles
• Solid business acumen and communication skills
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Experience with insurance is a plus
• Experience building dashboards or working with data tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
