JOB SUMMARY
: As a Business Analyst - Business Analytics & Delivery at LogistiQ, you will be a key partner to business leaders across Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Sales, and IT. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and organized professional responsible for driving analytics, automation, and development projects from concept through delivery. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives. Responsibilities include leading project intake, scoping and tracking, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, supporting data analysis, and driving process automation to improve visibility and efficiency. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making, helping the organization scale through more structured, efficient, and insight-driven operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Project Intake, Prioritization & Delivery Own and manage the intake, prioritization, and scoping of analytics, automation, and development initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, success criteria, and expected outcomes. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Drive initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met. Balance competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (analytics, automation, development). Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and align priorities. Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Project Tracking & Governance Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across the portfolio of initiatives. Maintain clear visibility into project status through dashboards, reports, or tracking tools. Identify and proactively address roadblocks to ensure successful delivery. Support the development and enforcement of standardized processes for project intake and execution. Analytics, Reporting & Dashboard Development Support the design, development, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting solutions. Work with data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions. Translate business questions into analytical solutions and reporting requirements. Validate outputs and ensure dashboards deliver actionable insights. Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization. Partner with technical teams to implement automation solutions (e.g., workflows, reporting automation). Reduce manual processes and improve data accessibility across the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance scalability and performance. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions. Experienced in driving projects from intake through delivery, including scope definition, prioritization, and execution. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure to ambiguous problems. Experience working cross-functionally with business, operations, and technical teams. Experience in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and modeling). Experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience with project tracking and workflow tools (Smartsheet or similar preferred). Exposure to automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate/Apps or similar preferred). Basic understanding of data structures, data modeling, or SQL concepts for data analysis (preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive accountability. Experience supporting process improvement, reporting standardization, or automation initiatives. Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field 4-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, project management, or related roles Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or similar environments preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in an office setting but does have frequent interaction with the shop floor. On the shop floor, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed and the air temperature fluctuates with the seasonal weather.
