Business Analyst with Reinsurance/ P&C

Business Solutions Analyst Reinsurance / Property & Causality Warren NJ (3 days office) Re-Insurance domain experience is must Work you'll do Perform Business Analyst responsibilities for Reinsurance Pricing applications, supporting the Reinsurance Underwriting and Actuarial Business Teams. Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation. Documenting as-is and to-be business processes using Microsoft Visio. Acting as the liaison between Business and IT. Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining requirements. Providing support for QA testing, User Acceptance testing, and defect resolution. Managing the backlog of enhancement requests in JIRA. Working with Business to prioritize enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-8 years Business Analyst experience. A minimum of 3-5 years working in Insurance P&C or Reinsurance. Ability to demonstrate solid Insurance or Reinsurance Business Acumen. Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, prioritizing requirements, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on new initiatives. Knowledge of Pricing Processes and Applications a plus
