Job Description

Description Description This role supports business development activities by helping research markets, identify opportunities, assist with outreach, and coordinate related projects and communications. The position also provides support with proposals, client follow-up, reporting, and collaboration across internal teams. Primary Responsibilities Conduct basic research on markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends. Assist with identifying and tracking potential leads, partners, or clients. Support outreach efforts through email, calls, or professional networking tools. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and other supporting materials. Assist with responding to client inquiries and follow-up activities. Coordinate meetings, communication, and basic client or partner tracking. Prepare reports and help monitor progress on business development activities. Support coordination between departments such as marketing, sales, and operations. Assist with events, campaigns, or other activities that support business goals. Requirements Key Skills and Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to gather information, organize details, and support decision-making. Comfort working with client records, tracking tools, and databases. Basic knowledge of sales support, outreach, or relationship management. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common business tools. Familiarity with CRM systems or digital communication tools is helpful. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an office, sales, marketing, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred. Additional training or certifications in marketing, sales, analytics, or CRM tools is a plus.
