Salary Range:

Requirements Must obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty license (License Assisted Provided) Must obtain an Alabama Life & Health license (License Assisted Provided) Must be coachable, willing to learn, and able to follow guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Career‑minded with a desire for long‑term growth Responsibilities Work directly with an experienced Farmers® Agent to learn day‑to‑day agency operations Help clients with various types of insurance needs, including quotes and policy support Learn the basics of agency management, sales, and marketing Follow a clear development path that can lead to agency ownership About Us As a Farmers Insurance District Manager, my role is simple: help entrepreneurial agents build profitable, sustainable insurance agencies — faster and with fewer mistakes. I work directly with agency owners across Alabama to recruit talent, develop sales and leadership skills, and create systems that drive consistent growth.
